The whole class found a snail
in the plants. It was eating a leaf. We saw it’s slimy trail.
Dylan was so concentrated on
the baby turtle that he dropped his pencil!
Kai, Briony, and Kenneth were
writing what they smelled, heard, saw, and felt at the Middle School playground.
Kenneth saw snail slime. Kai saw a
caterpillar. Briony felt air.
Andres and Leon investigated the baby turtles. “We were watching the baby turtle stick his head in the
rock,” says Andres.
